I have been working at Raytheon full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Many opportunities in a very versatile company. They treat employees with respect and award performance. The people I work with are a cohesive team with great dynamics.

    Cons

Raytheon is huge and change is slow, but always moving in a positive direction. Not really a negative when considering that rapid change can easily steer an effort in the wrong direction.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have any. What they do works and keeps the ball moving forward.

    Pros

It was a great place to work. It taught me a lot of great things and I'm grateful for the opportunity.
