    - good relaxed environment
    - good benefits
    - 9/80 is awesome
    - Raytheon shuts down last week of December ( free one week of paid PTO)

    Cons

    less PTO for the first year ( 10 per year )

    This company works hard to keep employees engaged, there's lots of learning opportunities

    Cons

    Some Managers can be very traditional and uptight, but again you find this everywhere.

    Very interesting work and plenty of it.

    Could pay better but overall is a great job.

    More team building/co-operation amongst upper management.

    Mission focused on requirements as well as delivering the best possible solutions for the customer. Group of professionals dedicated implementing best practices.

    Cons

    Contract limitations for contract employees result in limited terms of employment based on the particular contract. Although unavoidable in most cases, it is an inevitable part of contracting.

    Pros

    Challenging work, talented workforce. Fairly paid as a contractor but do not know about fulltime remuneration.

    Some uncalled for politics; a few silos that are hard to get through,
