Generally positive working environment where employees have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and education is greatly supported.

With any large corporation there's a level of politics whereby an employee must practice patience and trust that their management considers the employees' interests and concerns balanced within the decision process of business strategy.

    Advice to Management

Provide greater transparency to employees regarding the employees' future with the company during times of financial unrest.

I have been working at Raytheon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work Life Balance is great. Company mandates a 9/80 schedule

    Cons

Pay raise is more based on tenure rather than performance. Too many tiers of management so communication is rather poor. Cubicle work environment is not pleasing to work in. Great place to start out to network but as far as career growth, you have to know people to advance further.

    Advice to Management

Ask your subordinates more questions on how they can help the team.
