    Highly educated professional co-workers who work well together and teams that are supportive of colleagues, overtime pay, company promotes diversity

    Cons

    Lack of training opportunities except for what company deems is required for your job title, no compensation for membership in professional organizations.

    Advice to Management

    Management does a good job of communication at all levels. Senior management in my department was accessible and support of employees.
