    I worked at Re-Bath part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed working here as the employees were all helpful and nice. It was a good part-time job that paid well and gave flexible hours.

    Cons

There are not many cons besides the higher management not always helping when problems would arise.

    Pros

Commission can be good, changes month to month depending on how qualified leads are.

    Cons

No salary, do not pay for gas, you have to use your own vehicle, cell phone, and often leads are unqualified.

I worked at Re-Bath (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    great company to work for
From the ground up its a family environment
    The employees come first

    Cons

With the type revenue the company gets really busy 10 months out of the year
And the other two months you're just trying to stay busy and wondering if you're getting laid off

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work that has made you guys successful
Probably take a look and not spending dollars to pick up pennies

    I worked at Re-Bath full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Barrington location - I trust the owner and he has a few good people working for him.

    Cons

Very poor compensation and no willingness to pay salaries, let alone a business trip cab fare. I was used by the organization. One call close average $9000 job but thata only the shower. Difficult but not impossible.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees for the work they perform, not an immeasurable fantasy.

    I have been working at Re-Bath full-time

    Pros

There is a closeness amongst the employees that promotes a small company feel. Most of the people are very agreeable. There is ample parking.

    Cons

Compensation is very poor for certain positions and there is a severe lack of leadership that often undermines anything going on. The political battles that occur daily often hinder work from being done properly and in a timely manner, and can create a toxic environment to work in. Communication is extremely poor and often causes harmful discord amongst employees and departments.

Work environment is unclean - working area is very musty/dirty and covered in black dust and gnats, lunchroom is neglected at times.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to remove political will to allow the company to grow and employees to work in a positive environment. Leadership needs to be better implemented in some supervisors, this is severely lacking and very detrimental on a daily basis. Executives should make more of an effort to appear in the office and interact - there is a very deep rift between the executives and the company they are representing that often causes severe miscommunication and a very toxic environment. Their goals, values, etc, should be in alignment with that of their employees - not just in repeating a prepared values list en masse.

I have been working at Re-Bath full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good folks, growing business, good pay. Really offers a full range of products and can do just about anything in the bathroom.

    Cons

going to be busy, not for someone who needs a set schedule. As with most sales jobs, this is 100% commission based.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting staff and make sure quality continues as territory grows

I have been working at Re-Bath full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This organization works interdependently; that everyone is likeable and intelligent makes for a smooth workday. Although we behave like a family at times, we are all professional in our work.

    Cons

If you require consistent praise as a measure of worth, or value, this job may not be for you.

    Advice to Management

Over the years I have noticed a decline in upper managements' practice of micro-management and an increase in relating to their employees - please keep it up.
