I have been working at Real Art Design Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is the place to work if you are wanting to work on crazy unique projects.
Environment is super laid back and no one really cares what you wear.
People who work here are amazing.
Creativity is always pushed to the limits and you will always be challenged.
You are provided any tools you need to succeed.
You are encouraged to express creativity and let your personality flourish.
If you are tired of the typical corporate environment. Then this is the place for you!

    Cons

Many projects have tight deadlines so you may have to work longer hours occasionally. But if you have an employer you love like Real Art that doesn't really matter.

This is a very open creative environment. If you are someone that needs/wants structure you probably won't fit in here.

    Advice to Management

Keep things exactly the same and keep up the good work.

I worked at Real Art Design Group as a contractor

    Pros

Fun creative group to work with.

    Cons

Super-casual, not really a problem unless you're used to a less casual environment.

I worked at Real Art Design Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Real art tends to provide a fun inviting place to work. People provide a good support system to tight project deadlines.

    Cons

Long hours. Real art can occasionally lose sight of overall company goals getting caught up in "just get it done" for over booked projects.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in people and process. Don't lose the investment accumulated in employee capital.

    Pros

Lots of creative people to work with, always working on something different for clients.

    Cons

There aren't too many cons to list. The hours can be long so if you don't love to work a lot you wouldn't like it there.

I have been working at Real Art Design Group full-time

    Pros

Employees are supported by owner and co-workers. Great work environment that encourages employees to do their best work and to grow in areas they are interested in. Good benefits and you feel appreciated. Expected to work hard, but we also play hard and have fun on client projects doing work we love.

    Cons

Can be an adjustment if you aren't used to the work culture, but doesn't take long to embrace it.
