I have been working at Real Madrid as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a great work environment full of people who love to work hard and commit energy towards both the sport and the company.

    Cons

There are some communication barriers between the spanish, english, and mandarin staff.

The proximity to Madrid itself is not their while in Singapore so approving Ideas at the top level takes time.
