I have been working at Real Time Resolutions as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company has a very good team whose members help each other a lot. Also everyone loves to work with each other and we are good friends already.

    Cons

The salary is a little bit low. But if you stay here for a long time, you will get more opportunities than others.

I have been working at Real Time Resolutions (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Most of the people are great to work with considering we have a common enemy(upper management)

    Cons

Upper management literally could not care less for anyone not in middle management or higher. I've worked there 4 years and have heard the CEO address the company in general a whopping 2 times. Last year they laid off at least 30% of entire workforce in a day. Zero explanation of why or even acknowledgement from upper management.

Also most of the reviews on glass door are from one of the directors. They have an entire file of fake reviews to bolster their online presence. If it's above 3 stars, I assure you it's fake.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as more than livestock. Sure on an individual based we may be a small part of the puzzle but at the end of the day a company cannot be run by one a few people. At very least the CEO should step up in his leadership role and try to inspire others by his example.

I have been working at Real Time Resolutions (More than a year)

    Pros

You will learn quite a bit within the first 6 months. Also, my peers and middle-management supervisors have been extraordinary.

    Cons

Upper-Management is composed of deceitful, mendacious crooks: the arbitrary layoffs only find consistency in that they come on Fridays and nobody is safe.

    Advice to Management

Assume for a moment that your employees are more than just cattle and that slaughter isn't the only viable business tactic.

I have been working at Real Time Resolutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good starter company to gain experience and move on to a different company. Company also provides company paid benefits. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

Company does not offer a company matched 401k. Company thrives on low pay and minorities fresh out of college. Employees and management are frequently moved around in the company, creating an inability to become a subject matter expert in a specific field (this does however allow the company to have a versatile bucket of employees to pick from when other employees quit or get fired).
    Very high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as long-term assets, not short-term. Salary increases for long-term employees would help retain senior talent, and help the company grow in the long-term.

I have been working at Real Time Resolutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a wide range of different personalities to work with at RTR, mostly ages 22-35 on the general floor while corporate is older. Commission is available to the Customer Solutions Professional positions that vary based on department.

    Cons

While the company is getting more and more clients, there are not a lot of management positions that open so moving up is slim to none. The work environment claims to demand professionalism but a lot of people have their phones out and don't follow correct procedures without repercussion.

    Advice to Management

Practice what is expected from those below you.
