    Pros

Depending on who your manager is, perks are good. Benefits are good. There is upward mobility and opportunity for growth.

    Cons

Only analysts on collection floor get bonuses, no one else does. They recently laid off over 100 people because of bad business decisions.

    Advice to Management

Get out of consumer collections and back to mortgages, it's what RTR excels at. Put more people in non-money-making departments to make it work.

The office area is comfortable and easy to work through. The teams within the organization make learning, orientation and development easy for new intakes. The staff are polite and equally professional to be with.

More focus should be put on retaining good hands among their intern

I worked at Real Time Resolutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People and coworkera are great, management is involved, and the environment is very pro-employee

    Cons

No 401k matching, a bit stingy on salary for entry-level corporate employees, though healthcare benefits are great if you are single (completely paid for by employer)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Now that youve grown, focus on employee retention by giving employees raises and 401k matching.

I worked at Real Time Resolutions part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay for interns, willing to work around your school schedule.

    Cons

Interns get treated as such. You get the crappiest chairs, and spot to sit. The crappy chairs really would bother you if you had a bad one. You'd think they would buy a bunch of new chairs, some of those are 10+ years old my guess.

    Advice to Management

Matt Rich is the dude. Keep him.

    Cons

You must maintain a fulltime student in order to keep your position.
