I have been working at RealPage full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

RealPage offers career paths for a variety of backgrounds and different levels of experience. I have been fortunate enough to wear many hats within the company and work on challenging projects over the years. High performers are fast-tracked because of growth. The people, combined with the entrepreneurial synergy throughout make this a great place to grow your career.

    Cons

Parking can be quite challenging and office space is becoming scarce

    Advice to Management

Increasing internal communication and company wide engagement activities locally would be nice

I have been working at RealPage full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coming from a bank to RealPage was a breath of fresh air! I feel like part of a group, a team, a family! I have not been closer to the people I work with before. It is truly wonderful!

    Cons

As every big company there is lack of communication. Employees don't necessary know what is happening at the high level and we are often blindsided by changes.

    Advice to Management

We need more transparency. We need to be involved with the decisions made or at least be aware of what is going on. On another hand - I love the new building.

I have been working at RealPage full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

RealPage employees are friendly, the supervisors and managers are willing to work with you, they have plenty of opportunities for advancement, the facilities are state of the art, and they have competitive benefits and compensation packages. Also, recruiting rocks. My recruiter, Kaili, was hands-on and worked out a lot of things for me. She kept in touch from start to finish - it has been a great experience working here.

    Cons

The medical insurance is high deductible so it can get expensive going to the doctor, there is a pretty high turnover rate (not sure why), and I'd like to see a work from home option available for working parents.

    Advice to Management

Definitely keep up the good recruiting, allow employees to work from home when needed, foster an environment for growth and advancement. Great job! Thanks for everything you've done for me so far.

The application process was great! Patrick Hodge contacted me within a day to begin the interview over the phone. He had me set up within 24hrs of his initial call. I'm into my first week and the people I work with have treated me really well.

    Cons

    Pros

I worked at RealPage a few years back and left thinking that the grass was greener elsewhere - boy was I wrong. Luckily I was able to get re-hired back last year and I could not be happier. Let me be the first to say that this is a GOOD company that gives great benefits vs. other companies and the products are actually dependable. I like being back, it was the best choice I have ever made. For people who say there are times when work-life balance is not great I just want to tell you that it is like that at other places too and at least here the pay is worth the work. It is actually worse in other companies in my opinion and I am so grateful to work at RealPage.

    Cons

None but this field has a five word minimum. Maybe just bring back more options for health insurance but I know there is only so much you can do right now.

    Cons

Some teams may have less work/life balance, however I've found that most are good.
