Pros
I've been working here for about three years now and it's been a pleasant experience. The people are friendly and helpful, and the projects I've had the chance to work on were great. Note that this might not always hold true about the projects, but that is the case at most of the outsourcing companies I'd say.
Cons
None that I can think of right now.

- 2.0Mar 2, 2023Junior Software EngineerFormer Employee, more than 1 yearCluj-Napoca
Pros
- the majority of the people are nice, open-minded - some mentors are very passionate and knowledgeable, and are open to discussions about development and software architecture
Cons
- little to no benefits - underwhelming offices, virtually no parking space for the employees - unbalanced equipment allocation - some clients are being lied to and the dev team is supposed to fix mistakes that the company is keeping from the client - some teams lack a leadership structure, meaning people without leadership skills end up making decisions. That leads to unpleasant "my way or the highway" type of discussions - some juniors are overworked and underpaid, while others are "benched", waiting for a project to come their way. During that time, both categories of juniors are paid the same sallary. And, when the time for a raise comes...both receive the same offer - management team rarely offers feedback when taking a decision regarding an employee's future in the company - since the management feedback is rare, you sometimes find yourself in the unpleasant situation of not getting a raise, or not getting the raise that you thought you worked for, and you do not understand why. From the cases I've heard (and those I've been involved in myself), it almost seemed as if the decisions are made subjectively, based on little to no evidence - this would obviously change should the management team be as transparent as they claim to be - most of the times, when a decision is made regarding an employee's future, they are the last to find out, thanks to people in the upper management gossiping. I actually was exposed to one of this situations. On one occasion, the manager of my team asked me for feedback regarding the appropriate time to notify a team member (who happened to be a friend of mine) about being removed from the project. He found out the next day and left the project 2 days after my discussion with the manager - unbalanced projects, which makes sense, since we are talking about an outsourcing company. But putting part-time juniors on very difficult projects and cheaping out when discussing their salaries is a recipe for disaster. No one benefits from this - some of the people in this company are power-hungry - some of the people in this company are extremely difficult to work with and believe they are always in the right. They will also bully and dismiss you when you do not agree or do as they say - people in the upper management are aware of the last two points, yet they openly refuse to take action

Hi there! We admit to being imperfect, but we're also aware that we're on a continuous growth journey of which we also thank you for being a part. We thank you for sharing your experience and letting us know how and where we can improve from your perspective. We're surprised and saddened by your words. We fully believe in being transparent, and we’ve proven that time and time again when we tackle some uncomfortable truths together with the whole team. We extend this attitude in our external relations, which our clients, partners, and collaborators can vouch for, and our long-lasting relations are proof of. Our experience ratios are balanced, and we offer everyone support, whether on their projects or growth paths. Feel free to reach out, and let's discuss about your experience over coffee. Hopefully, we can give more and answer your concerns.

Pros
- everybody is transparent about their work and intentions; - people want to help you grow and be the better version of yourself; - the salaries feel in-line with the market; - the workload is more than fair and nobody will ever insist in doing something you don't know how to do or to make involuntary overtime; - colleagues are great; - multiple work places and full remote work option;
Cons
- projects come and go, working with start-ups so you can't really get too attached to certain people, stacks or projects

Pros
Excellent community values, great CEO and leaders overall, good opportunities for people starting their carreers and not only. Very transparent in everything they do.
Cons
Payment can be underwhelming for some, more experienced people. Career advancement opportunities can sometimes be lacking but they are still a young company.
