Put in the work and you will succeed
Feb 7, 2023 - Territory Sales Representative in Anaheim Hills, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The pay is there if you learn the process to selling in a one call close environment. The company was sold to a parent "umbrella" corporation which did make thing a bit more corporate in a sense, but overall, wonderful company if you work hard. Very few companies offer salary plus commission, with benefits and bonus on top.
Cons
Company sold off and immediately started requiring a minimum number of self generated leads in order to hit bonus at all tiered pay structures. Early mornings, long nights on the road, but it's part of the job. Not a con for everyone. Not much room for growth, as management and other highly desired roles do not seem to open up very often. If your goal os to use sales to move up within a desired time frame, be weary. Turnover seems to be relatively high, since this role requires dedication and constant effort to thrive.

Demoted and cut in pay while out for covid
Mar 12, 2023 - Lead Installer in Livermore, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great place for beginner/apprentice carpenters you will learn a lot with Nam, their Lead trainer. Fast growing company
Cons
I was out due to covid and covid complications there after and the project manager tired to make me sign a document stating I was being demoted and docked $10 per hour in pay. After being with them for over a year it was hard for me to comprehend how they could do their own talent this way and hard to not take it personal. It felt like a direct retaliation for being out. It's safe to say I never returned to work for them. You've been warned.

A great company
Mar 13, 2023 - Sales Representative in Anaheim, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Fantastic training program Good comp package/ no cap on commission Vehicle Reimbursement Culture
Cons
Territory size is large. Be prepared to drive
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The more effective communicator you are the better you will sell the more money you'll make
Cons
Expect to drive 1500 to 2,000 miles a month on your own personal vehicle you will be compensated for mileage
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Training and materials needed to sell are not lacking
Cons
Underpaid Live in fear of being fired everyday Too many unecessary meetings Your reimbursement for mileage is based on a car they input which does not cover your gas even let alone wear and tear. Not enough field managers to cover the work that is outstanding. Getting jobs completed on time is a struggle.

Monet—— looks good from far but up close, it’s a big mess
Feb 18, 2023 - Sales in Las Vegas, NVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Training is good, however they do not tell you all
Cons
Bad bad management. I have underwear older than the manager. Do not believe the hype as there is not a sales person making 120k. The product is not worth a 75 percent profit margin. Company does not have a human resource department and cannot even contribute to the 401k. NARDO you should be ashamed of what your company has become.

A few make good money but do NOT trust them
Nov 3, 2022 - Sales in Anaheim, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are a few people who make good money. They love to say Doctor Money without medical school. Not true for 98% of the people
Cons
I spoke to 2 of the heaviest heavy hitters. Always in the top 10 or 20 out of 140 sales people. They both said they were on track to make $100K a year. A good income but not the $200 or $300 they claim. They pay a low amount for mileage and you drive 100 miles a day. The product is twice as expensive as the competition. What most of the sales team do is discount the product so much that they make almost no commission just to get the sale and go to Tier 2 but it means you are working for the base which is $40K and $70K if yoiu get to Tier 2. Staying at Tier 2 is tough for most. My Team Lead (1 step below manager) was still at Tier 1! Also the HR department is awful! After I left it took weeks of emails and calls to get any information

Pros
They provide consistent work if you’re willing to work 20 hours a day.
Cons
Communication with management is extremely difficult and there is no room for growth.

Pros
Friendly people from an era of the company that was not going through rapid, unstable expansion
Cons
They have no idea what they are doing. They had a good thing going in the past but got a costco contract that resulted in rapid growth. They cannot handle it. They are hiring and buring through people like toilet paper. My personal experience I got doors slammed in my face/people who said they just wanted someone to talk to....the infrastructure they had established cant handle it
