    Pros

    Very good on boarding/training Easy to follow and clear defined goals for your training

    Cons

    Lack of management skills in aus region (I know the management team has since changed though) It seemed as though management didn't trust employees, everything was overly micromanaged and all decisions were made by people who were not in the country Terrible/no real comms program.

    Advice to Management

    Train your employees and then develop a comms scheme that will align their success with the overall business success

    Management - Staff aren't trained to move into management positions Workflows are highly regimented and very numbers over relationship orientated

    - The constant requirement to conquer the next challenge makes RB an exciting and rewarding place to work, but backing one record month up with another and then another can be very demanding - With high expectations the recognition for working late, at weekends or being away from home could be better; whilst days in lieu do exist the lack of a formal policy makes it a little ambiguous. - The office location and proximity...

    Advice to Management

    - If people really are what makes us so great then they need to be looked after. Pension schemes and private healthcare are a good start, but there’s still more that can be done with working hours and holiday days.
