    I worked at Receipt Bank

    Pros

+Great work culture, teamwork between peers is a priority. +Very flexible time off strategy and 20 PTO days annually. +Young professionals looking to get into the tech sector or sales will get lots of meaningful experience at this company. +Travel opportunities if that's important to you. +International team with multiple world locations, fun to work with folks from Europe and Australia.

    Cons

+Pay was very low. No commission. No company ownership options. +Other duties as assigned have the possibility to get really out of control. +Lots of turnover with support staff and coworkers. +Expectations of hours worked beyond 40 a week without overtime. They very questionably claim employees as exempt with low salaries. There's a culture among employees that self-enforces greater than 40 hour work weeks without commensurate pay. Social pressure to put in extra time. +Little advancement opportunity outside of the sales environment. Once you become an account manager, there's nowhere else to go.

I worked at Receipt Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people (most of them). Cool offices in Shoreditch with lots of edible freebies. Opportunity to travel and move between offices.

    Cons

Where do I start! The culture here is absolutely terrible. You're promised a pay increase in turn for working yourself to the bone but its not fulfilled. Some of the Managers don't actually do anything other than micromanage and make you feel like you aren't good enough. No wonder the turnover of staff is so constant.
