      Pros

      great parking as most of the spots are not in use due to lack of employees working for this company.

      Cons

      company stresses you are to comply and be respectful. and if you do not do exactly as told to your commissions could be affected and your job. Company is moving to Idaho for better minimum wage. will keep small subset here with corporate. seemed like a bullying non caring yuck.

      I worked at Receivables Performance Management full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Close to I-5, quick reach if you are coming from South in AM, not so good if you are coming from North. Gridlock traffic.

      Cons

      Pay is low, despotic owner. If you ask a question is considered "polite arguing" and that is not allowed. Noisy managers shout while on the phone w/ customers.

      What can you say. They know it all.

      I've never before been treated so fairly as I am here at RPM. The experience I've learned has allowed me to excel here and I look forward to many more years

      I worked at Receivables Performance Management for more than 4 years

      Pros

      Thank you RPM management team for all that you did. You don't know how much you've helped me by providing the needed training to excel in my career. The one on one attention the CEO provided was above and beyond what anybody would have expected and the years of experience and knowledge he shared I will never forget.

        This is a fast paced and ever changing work environment. There are multiple opportunities for advancement and performance dictates your ability to advance, not seniority. If you do the job you are asked you can be very successful very quickly at RPM

        A shout out to RPM management and especially Howard George. The start of 2017 was a difficult year for myself and family, and it didn't end any better than it had started. You see I had a medical emergency that required me to be away from my job that I had only just began 3 months earlier for 4 months without pay. However, thanks to Howard George and his management team compassion for the well being of their employees...

        The basic requirements of the job are not too difficult

        Cons

        The attitude and direction that comes from the higher ups makes the environment awful -Bad leadership -Lower than average pay -Lots of responsibilities for low pay -Almost no benifits -Trying to get the most out of you for the least pay

        Need to respect and appreciate employees more through positive environment and better compensation
