I worked at Reche Canyon Rehabilitation Health Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are new grads or new to US, ok to start your career. While later you can go to better place with benefit

    Cons

No benefit even though you are full time. Pays not good. They don't know how to treat people so no place to stay longer.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing special

I have been working at Reche Canyon Rehabilitation Health Center full-time

    Pros

Very clean facility, Kaiser has 50 beds at Reche Canyon. They are very generous with raises and the pay is decent.

    Cons

The girl who does the scheduling is very all over the place and unorganized. She messes up the scheduling quite a bit.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Vent and trach experience, 12hr shifts, every other weekend off.

    Cons

They don't treat all employees equally, hardly have time for lunch, talk to upper management about any issues is pointless, goes in one ear and out the other.
