Great group of talented people that are dedicated to what they do.

      Pros

      I really love the team

      Cons

The pay is unfortunately not as good as if you were serving or bartending. It is a lot of responsibility and it would be great if they matched the pay to it.

I have been working at Recipe Unlimited Corporation full-time for more than 2 years

        Pros

NOTE this is for Head Office in Vaughan. Company is very friendly, there is a strong positive culture. Majority of people are white Canadians (not a pro/con, just a fact). Excellent cafeteria with abundant options. Workplace in Vaughan with free parking may be a pro to many. Summers have half-day Fridays. People are very open to collaboration.

        Cons

Not good for aggressive career growth, salaries do not seem very high compared to other industries, hard to get noticed sometimes, smaller company so sometimes roles may be repetitive or there is a long line for promotion, meaning expect slow growth. Although everyone's standards are different.

        Advice to Management

Pretty good management. Establish better "career paths" for employees. Otherwise, all good.
