    Pros

Co-workers were great. Good team environment. Reasonably good pay for the position. Looks like there was opportunity to grow if you stayed with company.

    Cons

Upper management did not always recognize the hard work and effort that was put in. Could have used more training. Sometimes involved long hours.

    Pros

    Good friendships made through work

    Cons

Head office not sure what they want to launch and work on and cant plan or launch anything effectively. Extremely long hours. 6-7 days a week. Upwards of 18 hours a day. Never a raise to compensate. No personal life. Poor direction. No support for positions that are empty. They will watch you drown.

    Pros

Friendly work environment, performance based scheduling, able to make lucrative amount of tips (sometimes over $300 a night) made lasting relationships, time flies, job isn't stressful, flexible schedules, mostly good management, ability to move up. Overall great experience.

    Cons

Dying brand, head office are jerks but they're only there on occasion, long hours (but the longer you work the more you make). Dont usually get weekends but you get used to it. Standing a lot, a lot of walking and blisters. Pressure to look 'like your going to the party, not coming from one'.

    Pros

Sitting for long hours (limits feet pain) Chill dress code ( was able to dress in comfortable clothing) Friendly co workers Free lunch (sometimes) Close to home

    Cons

Cons- unrealistic expectations and technical issues Working at a call centre means you need to have good phone connection, many times our phones wouldn’t work and our phone log would get backed up causing more customers to call to complain backing it up even more and when you cannot take calls it reflects on your score (big problem during COVID)

    Pros

    can't really think of any.

    Cons

1- Offer letter sent by agency had title of engineer, on day#1 at work requested to sign a new paperwork with a different title which was changed to technician. 2- Not honoring what was promised on career growth within 6 days of start. 3- Work Life was not balanced, expected to be 365/24/7 on-call and respond to enquirers, incidents, 4- Many 'impossible to achieve' project was completed under pressure, the senior management stood in the middle of data center, Shout and Screaming instead of support. 5- Micromanagement 6- long hours of work no time in lieu 7- expected to compete with coworkers to get to higher level instead of directing everyone to work together. 8- not structural and expected to do miracle.
