      Pros

      - Cool product - Hard-working staff with outside-the-box thinkers - Founders are heavily involved and amazing people

      Cons

      The CEO is a disaster. He has a total lack of self-awareness, often thinks he is the smartest person in the room, and has no human empathy. Basically, imagine working for Donald Trump.

      Product has some potential Founders are great

      Cons

      Worst job of my career (as it was for many, many others, anecdotally). EXTREMELY micromanaging CEO who baits and switches on comp plans, lies to customers and the board, treats employees disrespectfully, refuses to be challenged, and doesn't know the definition of "strategy" - changes his mind on the daily. No corporate culture, no HR function or staff to escalate issues.
