You will learn a lot about building ads, preparing artwork and building publications for print and web.

I have been working at Record Courier full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Growing, community based print and digital media dynamo with the potential to dominate all their markets. Strong foundation.

    Cons

Management tenure leans to 1960s mentality in a 2013 world. Recent management changes are steps in the right direction, but there is a long way to go.

Current Employee - Reporter in Ravenna, OH

    Pros

It's a job, basically. If you don't mind getting paid little and working over 40 hours a week with no overtime, but you *need* a resume builder? Go for it.

    Cons

No overtime. WAY over 40 hours a week of work.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people.
