I love working at Red Branch. My coworkers are always eager to help me and the bosses ask constantly if I have what I need to do my job. My ideas are listened to, and the perks are NOT what I expected for a smaller company. Within a couple of months I was doing real work and making real campaigns! We get food and wine, we're gone by 4 or 5 and we get 2 WFH days a week. I am already vested in the company 401k...I can't think of a better place to be. (also the office is awesome!)

Cons

The office is awesome...and COLD. And the work isn't easy. You will work harder than ever if you come here. But it's appreciated and it makes the days fly by. The money could be better but the perks make up for it IMHO.

Pros

- HR Tech is a very dull industry - There's little to no training based on the position you're in - Turn over is incredibly high - There's no accountability in upper management - The clients being taken on are hard to work with - Expectations are incredibly high for employees straight out of college - Upper management plans for turn over but not retention

Pros

Some of the best things that Red Branch Media offers is the privilege to work in such a thriving workplace. We work beside amazing, fast-paced and highly skilled co-workers, we have the opportunity to learn and grow daily and we're offered such unique additional benefits like our weekly eatin' meetin', conference opportunities and vast amounts of resources and tools.

Cons

There is nothing that I can think of that would qualify as a con. I've had no conflicts or concerns here, and I've loved my job ever since I started.

Pros

If you're looking for a hands-on, fast pace, marketing internship where you get to talk with clients, collaborate on projects and get to learn from each aspect of the marketing business, you've found the right one! It's no secret that mid-westerners know how to work, but the Branchers take it to a whole new level. Be prepared to experience excellence at it's best, and do your best to keep up.

Cons

Fridge space is limited and it's first-come, first-serve. So get there early!

- dry industry - low pay for work being done - gets political - always tries to put on an external front that employees are having a great time, much of it a facade

- Work pace can feel hectic to some - Because of the small size of the company workload varies month to month - Also because of the small size (and COVID of course), job security is uncertain - You'll need thick skin

Pros

Fast-paced, fun place to work with smart people. Each employee's potential is developed and genuinely nurtured. Amazing midtown office, startup company culture, flex schedule options, lax dress code and wine every Friday afternoon! Red Branch is constantly moving and growing, on top of delivering industry-leading products and services.

Cons

Like most startups, Red Branch cannot currently offer every single benefit under the sun, but pretty close.

The team here is highly motivated and very intelligent. Everyone is always pushing each other to be better than the day before. The culture is great and there is so much room to learn and grow. Management really cares about work-life balance for employees and themselves.

Cons

The products and services are not always the most exciting to market but always fun to learn about.

Pros

The community is great. Really feels like a family. The work is fun and always busy and on the go. Small company so you get to know everyone very well. Learn a ton.

Cons

It's not the most exciting field to market in. Mainly deal with HR and recruiting companies in a B2B atmosphere.
