    Great group of people Lucrative benefits PTO and flexible with call offs Not sitting in an office all day

    Cons

    Micromanaged Underpaid Unreasonable goals and requests Inability to move up in the company If you perfom the job correctly, you'll be working from dawn until dusk.

    Benefits, hours. Love the actual job.

    Cons

    Massive pressure and blame is put on ASM’s. Changes in pay scale and goals have killed morale.

    Redbull has no pros at all

    Cons

    Management is horrible , 12hours no Personal life whatsoever. You don’t make much from commission anymore because Redbull is being stingy also they work you like a slave expecting to much from you with the little pay they offer.

    Great co-workers, free Red bull

    Cons

    Pay is very low, they will say you control your paycheck but you don't, because everyone is salaried. Management gossips , feels like a frat most of the time. Micromanaging is rampant

    Long hours, being micro managed, being pushed to your breaking point, gsm who is to busy coming up with ways to bust balls and not actually working, dsm who provide no solutions to any problems, only excuses.

    Incentives are great You can make money Co-workers are great. Always under the gun to surpass volume numbers.

    They say you work long hours and it's true.if your lucky you work 10 a day..
