I have been working at Red Bull full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The insurance offers is great, as well as the quarterly bonuses offered!

    Cons

Management brought an Good ol’ boys network as they worked together previously. They show favoritism to those they have worked with.

    Advice to Management

Seek better methods of promoting/hiring people. Stop looking at resumes, and look at good people! Stop acting fake towards people as well!

I have been working at Red Bull full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay is okay. Benefits are great. 401k is great. Does not require you to have much experience or education for each role.

    Cons

Unreasonable work load. 10-12 hour days of physical labor for Account Sales Managers and 12-15 hours asked of District Sales Managers to be able to be successful. There is no personal life unless it is with Red Bull occupying your free time.

Concerns aren't heard. Dismissed when they don't meet upper managements direction.

    Advice to Management

Lessen the number of hats each employee wears in distribution.

I have been working at Red Bull part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to travel sometimes for events and have all expenses paid for. They are really flexible with class schedules and understand school comes first. You really bond with your teammates and make the job a really fun time for everyone. It doesn't feel like work most days.

    Cons

On rainy or cold days it sucks having to be outside and filling up the backpacks, but they provide you with really fashionable attire that's also warm and cozy!
