Nice offices , flexible, free fruit and breakfast, lots of events and free lunches, parties, drinks. Good bonus, good pension, life cover, critical illness cover, BUPA, dental plan , gym subsidies, cycle to work scheme , training and development

    Cons

Would rather not say , wonderful company, nice location, lots of perks, good salary and bonus so why is staff turnover so high

    Pros

Amazing culture, always looking to develop staff, great bonus opportunities and incentives.

Staff management is world class. manager's and the company are passionate in development from all kinds of levels. Very easy to approach colleagues about any troubles you have and they're willing to give there time to assist you.

Social events and team integration are the best I've ever seen in all the companies I've worked for. Everyday at work is always a great challenge and opportunity to learn. A very work hard, play harder life

    Cons

The culture can sometimes not be for everyone but staff aren't pushy and are very open minded when it comes to the culture.

Discount perks aren't very significant. Would appreciate if we could get more % from the online shop and perhaps other lifestyle discounts.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Everyone looks really enthusiastic and are always happy to be working. Perhaps look a little more into discounted Lifestyle if possible.

    Marketing is state-of-the art
If face fits you can go far
No expense spared on company socials

    Cons

    Heavy direction from parent company
People not 'on-brand' enough are ignored
Staff young and ‘cool’ rather than experienced and competent (inc. seniors)
Job progression felt pre-determined and not performance related

    Advice to Management

    Management too bullish to care

I have been working at Red Bull full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great environment to work in, good perks and benefits. Management is good and overall team spirit feeling is extraordinary.

    Cons

Long hours most of the time and overtime which we aren't getting paid for. In general sometimes you get the feeling that this job takes over your life, but in overall it's the same what you get in this industry.

    Advice to Management

Wish there was a bit more granularity in the roles especially for graduates and junior tech engineers.
