I have been working at Red Bull full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great environment to work in, good perks and benefits. Management is good and overall team spirit feeling is extraordinary.

    Cons

Long hours most of the time and overtime which we aren't getting paid for. In general sometimes you get the feeling that this job takes over your life, but in overall it's the same what you get in this industry.

    Advice to Management

Wish there was a bit more granularity in the roles especially for graduates and junior tech engineers.

If face fits you can go far
No expense spared on company socials

    Cons

    Heavy direction from parent company
People not 'on-brand' enough are ignored
Staff young and ‘cool’ rather than experienced and competent (inc. seniors)
Job progression felt pre-determined and not performance related

    Advice to Management

    Management too bullish to care

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Red Bull full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of alcohol, fun activities, lots of money spent on team building, lavish company events, lots of hang overs and immature behaviour. Lots of time off. A lot like uni

    Cons

No progression. Sexist company. Activities only suit those that are fit. No fat people need to apply. Run by very young people with no prior knowledge of other FMCG industries, who are then promoted into yes men

    Advice to Management

Brand is not looking to develop as margins are so high - so no need for maturity and experience. As they say - thats the Red Bull way
