    Pros

Very good database in the SAP field. Your job as a recruiter is definitely easier than in other firms if you are recruiting JAVA developers, SAP Consultants or other ERP system consultants. Other apps are really good too, technically you are 100% supported. Good training on SAP.

    Cons

Very poor intro to recruitment, the basics such as COY, FAB, FFNA, Objection handling are given months and months into your career and you potentially have missed plenty of deals already due to missing these trainings at early stage. Poor NFI and the old ugly recruitment mindset of working 3465398 hours a day. Extremely poor management, bullying is common and people disrespect you very heavily if you dare to open your mouth against managers (who are not trained, have 0 people skills and call you STUPID in front of others.) All together an extremely stressful experience and put way more effort in than how much money I got out due to the poor NFI and poor closing skills of account management.

I worked at Red Experts in SAP full-time

    Pros

    - Excellent company for beginners - Fantastic training and on-boarding procedure - Strong investment in tech - Linked In recruiter licence for all

    Cons

    - Confusing and under qualified management - No visibility of board room decisions or strategy - Losing the niche SAP focus, now the company grabs at any business it can get - Failure to retain best up and coming talent - Failure to push successful employees into superstars (the company relies on ~10 stalwarts worldwide for most of its revenue. In my time at RED only one new "superstar" was created" - No home office - No flexible working hours

I worked at Red Experts in SAP full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People Training Opportunity (with bit of luck helps) Agency Brand / market leader Database Incentivised trips (realistic targets), Skiing, Ibiza, Barcelona, Praque Onsite cafe & staff Social culture Multicultural Good % of male / female staff.

    Cons

Lots of consultants already in with a lot of the clients. Better commission set up if you do contracting market, as your commission is your if assisted by a resourcer, Not the same for permanent commission if resourcer assisted. Company is set up to have success in freelancer market, than in the permanent recruitment team. Commission %

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Red Experts in SAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Strong Network, Good Location, Potential to grow, Industry foundations

    Cons

The problem clearly starts from the top. The leadership style militant and unreasonable, creating a tense, unpleasant and frankly childish working atmosphere. Severe pressure coupled with extreme aggressiveness to achieve results mean that there is a culture of doing ‘whatever is required at any cost’ to do a deal (place a candidate) – much to the detriment of the client and candidate. Lying to candidates and clients is an active practice and actually encouraged in order to close deals quickly. Statistics are falsified on a daily basis – driven by the fear culture. Emails and phone calls are monitored without your knowledge and consent.

I worked at Red Experts in SAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Buzz, good commission structure, lots of incentives.

    Cons

Fake deals and stats, simply terrible management on the perm side, offensive language, going home on time is considered to be disgraceful and the new Associate director just doesn't know the company's policies. Unrespectful to clients and candidates alike, agressive pushing. Lot's of showing of in front of the CEO and Management to an extent that it looks crazy. Around 50% of the Perm team has left in 6 month time, before that 10 people left in 10 weeks. Simply a terrible company. To be avoided at all costs.
