I have been working at Red Lobster part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The culture
    Money
    The guests are pretty relaxed
    Discounts on food
    Teamwork is strongly valued

    Cons

Servers can be over the top dramatic
    Unpredictable off times
    Weekly scheduling

    Advice to Management

Attempt to bridge the wages between supervisor and server. No one wants a promotion making less money with more work. Also train the hosts to do takeout orders. The bartender are hard to find and keep because they don't get paid enough for the extra work.
