I worked at Red Lobster part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment, managers that cared and really wanted to teach me, and plenty of opportunity to make money.

    Cons

Not a very organized kitchen, high ticket times, and limiting waiters to serve no more than four tables at a time.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time improving the back of the house than having a manager or two watching over the front of the house at all times.
