    Pros

    Tips can be good depending on the area you're working at. Lots of the people working here are those in college trying to make a little extra.

    Cons

    Managers need further training. This is NOT a good career

    A lot of opportunities for upward movement within the company. Wonderful management who help employees that need it.

    Cons

    Very unpredictable hours and shift times, but that could likely be said about most restaurants.

    during daytime you have to make salads and biscuits even if you're weeded
