    hard to switch positions, very hard to become a server once already in a steady position

    Great company to work for. They are very committed to helping you earn as much as possible and promote with in. Easy interview process. Flexible hours for most scheduling. Employee discount to all darden restaurants.

    Service industry which involves working with all types of people form all walks of life.

    I worked at Red Lobster full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A friendly work environment and wonderful customers. Gratuity was very good and I got flexible hours.

    Cons

    Training was an issue and they never put the schedules out on time.

    Advice to Management

    I received a week of training, but i feel that they could have focused with "ON GOING" training. I believe that would have made myself and others better at their jobs.

    I'm good at any task I'm giving I can basically do anything correct an I listen very well and won't stop till the job is complete

    There really isn't a downsides to any job I'm an giving

    If u hire me I will make sure I give 100 present an make the job is not half as done it will be great to see it complete

    Management is friendly and professional, they try very hard to make it feel like a team.

    Some of the employees are lazy. The clientele has really gone down hill.
