    Hard working people, Goal-oriented, opportunity to move up without a Bachelor's degree (but only so far)

    Cons

    Corporate does not value individual Managers, too much emphasis on bad policy

    Advice to Management

    Focus on feedback from Managers in store. Eliminate policies that breed bad behavior, reward managers who perform well, help managers with work/life balance.

    Pros

    Tips can be good depending on the area you're working at. Lots of the people working here are those in college trying to make a little extra.

    Cons

    Managers need further training. This is NOT a good career

    Quick money, nice co-workers. Management were decent. Seemed like a revolution I g door with them.

    Cons

    Guest want everything for free. Love to run you. Usually 12 to 18 percent gratuity.

    Advice to Management

    Feel for your employees who deal with people that are not very nice all the time. The customer is Not always right.

    I love doing what I have been for the last 15 years!

    everyone needs to Make sure All places are CLEANED and Organized before They close up so Next Day, Others wont have to deal with cleaning last shift people's mess they made

    Money, Co-workers, Discounts, Biscuits, Friendly

    Cons

    Management changes constantly, in two years we've had 8 manager quit--the company doesn't care about its employees and says nothing positive when you constantly do well-only punishment

    Stick around and treat your employees with respect

    during daytime you have to make salads and biscuits even if you're weeded
