    Pros

Great management team! Flexible schedule. Everyone that is motivated has the chance for promotions and great opportunitys! I started as a server assistant (busser ) and moved up to a server within 6 months! I've been there 2 years now and I've got my sights set on management one day. Money is good if you are a good server! I absolutely love working for redlobster! They have programs to help employees going through hardships. Seriously, if you get your foot in the door ... don't mess it up. Great place to work! Family oriented.

    Cons

The only con is sometimes you won't get the hours you need. When bisness is slow you get sent home.

    Advice to Management

My only advice to managmemt is to learn from Visalia California's management and their directors! I cannot comment on any as a management at the other restaurants because I've only worked at this one. But out of my 19 years in the workforce this is absolutely the best management team I've ever had!

I worked at Red Lobster full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A friendly work environment and wonderful customers. Gratuity was very good and I got flexible hours.

    Cons

Training was an issue and they never put the schedules out on time.

    Advice to Management

I received a week of training, but i feel that they could have focused with "ON GOING" training. I believe that would have made myself and others better at their jobs.
