I have been working at Red Moon Marketing as a contractor

    Pros

The people, culture, and atmosphere are absolutely amazing that you will work with at your time at Red Moon Marketing.

    Cons

The company is a bit small and not so large, but I see growth on the horizon for the company.

    Advice to Management

Nothing, keep doing what your doing. The people and culture there is something all companies should strive to be like.

I worked at Red Moon Marketing as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good people, lots of opportunity to travel and some pretty cool clients. (There always lots of Coke around haha)

    Cons

Most employees are on the road ALL THE TIME. I was only an intern so I didn't travel nearly as much. Make you sure you are willing to do that!

    Advice to Management

For the most part, keep doing what you are doing. I found the culture to be fairly approachable.

    Pros

Direct access to the owner and Senior Management that allow for great mentorship. You have large amounts of responsibility right away.

    Cons

The firm is very small with two major clients, so if you want to stay in the South, then you will have great opportunities. Otherwise, this is not a place to start your career.

    Pros

    - travel (see amazing places)
    - great clients
    - organized chaos
    - great working environment
    - it is clear they will continue growing
    - great pay, and speedy with compensation
    - obvious they care about their employees

    Cons

    - long days
    - sometimes the travel is overwhelming

    Advice to Management

Sometimes during activations I felt lost, although everyone running events knew what to do I found myself standing around scratching my head. Maybe a little or guidance, other than that- I think this is the dream job!
