    Pros

Dogs in the office. That's fun.

    Cons

Leadership is utterly unqualified, not inspirational, and unable to retain good talent.
The work is mediocre on good days. Culture is nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

    Production work isn't branding.

I worked at Red Peak Branding as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Big clients, talented staff. Will likely only improve as part of the new merger.

    Cons

Work can feel a bit too corporate at times.

    Advice to Management

Work culture and vision could use improvement. Help out young freelancers by paying more.

I worked at Red Peak Branding full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are some friendly and intelligent people like any other companies.

You will have some fun company events like any other companies.

    Cons

Unqualified leaders and directors who never give you any proper directions.

You are expected to produce results out of thin air.

The expectation of your job will be large with no support, training, or guidance that helps you meet your target.

You will lose all your energy and excitement in three months.

    Advice to Management

    Do your job.

    Pros

Really fun place to work where employees are given as much responsibility as they feel comfortable handling - cannot say enough good things about this place. Definitely worth checking out if you're interested in brand strategy or design.

    Cons

Really nothing negative to say - company is only 4 or 5 years old and has made great strides already in securing big name clients. 2 guys who run this shop are smart, talented and exceptionally nice.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing and don't lose the really unique culture that you've created at Red Peak.

    Pros

Being able to interact with professionals from many industries.
    Great company outings and trips.
There's always a wide selection of snacks and drinks in the office.
Opportunity to travel nationally and internationally for work purposes.

    Cons

Extreme lack of work and life balance (make sure to look after your health!).
Salary and compensation don't outweigh the long work hours.
Inefficient management and lack of team spirit most times.

I worked at Red Peak Branding as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

creative environment and have many ownership of the the projects. Shared resource globally and have a lots of brilliant ppl to work with

    Cons

No life-work balance, we need to work really hard and be really smart to work efficiently. However, the CEO cares employees a lot and you can always suggest something. But it's all overachiever in the company so you have to as well.

    Advice to Management

Life-work balance and try not too listen to clients too much otherwise the execution level will be really hard to follow with.
