    I worked at Red Robin part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They can work around your schedule and you can also request days off in advance. Most employees help you out on your first days instead of judging you. You are going to obviously face different types of personalities as a host so you must have thick skin.

    Cons

    Hostess don't last so you may be added to empty shifts. No bussers on morning shift so you may need to clean tables up (with no tip).

    Advice to Management

    Do something to motivate new hostess to stay. (Increase Salary)
