    Cons

Managers wear their attitudes on their sleeves
    Small table sections
    Too many employees
    Favoritism and seniority
The kitchen staff doesn't like to do their job

I worked at Red Robin part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, mostly friendly managers. With any restaurant you have to be able to handle the fast paced, high stress environment.

    Cons

Managers were required to both manger employees and cover administrative duties. Often one or the other of these task would get neglected.

I have been working at Red Robin part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great management and coworkers.. decent pay.. including tips since you don't do very much for the table. Fun place to work at. I enjoyed my two years here, time to find a job with more money and more business. Fast kitchen until you need them.

    Cons

Slow sometimes, lazy coworkers, managers are very picky about guest paying with the ziosk and I like the old fashion swipe and go. So that obviously effects my survey count. Which they HAG you about every darn week.

    Advice to Management

    Stop sitting in the office.

    Pros

Great food, good encounters, easy job.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more.

I worked at Red Robin full-time

    Pros

Meeting different people and making the best friendships.

    Cons

Not enough money. As a manager the quality of life was obsolete. Regionals never followed through. Anybody can be a General Manager. The 4 core vaules were non existent. Especially Honor and Integrity from the General Manager on up.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your team. If your team is making you look good, forget about the RODs and higher ups. It's your team that is bringing in the money, not your boss or their boss.

I have been working at Red Robin part-time

    Pros

    No rolling silverware. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Trainers in from other states/cities are NASTY. Bad attitudes. A lot of favoritism being displayed already. People tip poorly in Ocala. Too many servers, tiny kitchen.

    Advice to Management

Be careful about who you are hiring. Out of 700 applicants, it's confusing why some of these people got hired.
