I worked at Red Rock full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Consultants are well compensated for the work they do and there is usually a good variety of work across the regions. There have been good recent efforts to promote social activities e.g. Family fun days.

    Cons

There is a real lack of agility when new opportunities arise outside of the core Oracle Applications space.

    Advice to Management

Give regions and practices more autonomy over what they do.

    Pros

Great work is rewarded, I personally have grown significantly starting off in a junior role, moving into a more senior role over the past 3 years, Management can be great.

    Cons

Support of our consultants onsite can be difficult but Red Rock are working on this, a more streamlined learning and development program and giving people more visibility of what is on offer regarding rewards and recognition program which is great but not many people know about it. more training for managers who come from a technical background.
