Red Rock Secured has created a company culture that focuses on employee enrichment and a positive well rounded employee life cycle through forward-thinking leadership. This is the only company I have worked for that continuously strives to enrich its employees on a professional and personal level.

can get to work as early as 6am and work unlimited overtime until 6pm Monday-Friday
Cons
extremely racist & sexist especially the ceo who's government name is Shade and yes that's what he constantly gives with a fake smile. they have a boys club mentality and only like people who kiss you know what. they act like they appreciate your hard efforts but they're full of it. only certain people are making huge commissions. the rest are minimum wage hoping for their deals to close which take months if ever. and when your deals finally close they subtract your hourly wages from it and throw you whats left. they call it commission or draw but it's a huge scam! they have a handful of black people working there, a handful of women working there if that and they also claim to have a no dating policy although the attorney and hr lady who is 10 plus years his senior are most definitely involved and are horrible at hiding it. they have recording devices EVERYWHERE audio and visual. they spy more than they actually do business and they change the rules every other week because "they're a private company and can do whatever they want." if your're not working out in the tiny gym on site 5am every weekday morning with the ceo and managers and sr. account execs or doing shady hush hush things for management your job is not safe! people consistently get infected with the covid-19 virus and some people can get away with never being at their desk making/taking calls while others are watched and scrutinized under a microscope.

"STUPENDOUS"
Mar 3, 2023 - Senior Account Executive in El Segundo, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The reason I work for RRS is because, I have never been in an environment where everyone " GENUINELY" has your best interest at heart. The owner and the leadership is top notch, and they definitely put there money where their mouths are. They spare no expense to make sure you are set up for success. from the top technologies and equipment and the best leads I ever worked in my 25yr career.
Cons
I honestly don't think there is any. I am completely satisfied with what I have experienced while here. ( I drive 1 in a half hours just to be a part of this company). so that would only be the only con to me. However its worth it.

Pros
Start early and they pay you minimum wage which is better than straight commission especially when it it hard to convince somone to pay a 30% commission.
Cons
The job is manipulating old people over the phone into purchasing gold coins with an outlandishly outsized spread. I’ve heard figures as high as 55%, and I think they go with whatever they feel they can get away with. There is no world in which you can look yourself in the eye and claim you’re helping anyone secure their financial future, which is the story they’ll sell you when you walk through the door. Even if you believe that physical gold is a good investment, this is not the avenue thru which anybody should be purchasing physical gold and silver. Leads are terrible (scraping data on Facebook), only 10% of openers make above minimum wage, the closers range from not great to terrible, processors let deals fall apart at first hiccup, and no accountability or transparency for deals in process, meaning you have to trust management to audit your best interest. (closers will wait for you to quit, so they don’t have to pay you and then they get a larger cut of deals). Openers are used as the marketing to discover potential clients in a sea of junk. Poor leads, 300-500 dials.

Great Company That Truly Takes Care of Its Employees and Clients
Feb 23, 2023 - Account Executive in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Red Rock Secured is a very unique company. It goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in my many years in sales. It’s very clear that employees are truly valued, given every opportunity for advancement, and made to feel at home. Red Rock also values its clients, and provides exceptional customer service. This is very important, because in the long run, it helps things run smoother.
Cons
I have not noticed any so far.

Professional & very knowledgeable staff Unlimited income potential Flexible Good work environment Open door policy
Cons
It's a very busy time which is a good thing; however the key players wear many hats, you may have to wait your turn to get the advice you need to really get going.

There is some good people, but I would not recommend this company.
Mar 15, 2023 - in El Segundo, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Quick hire, free snacks and drinks, some good coworkers
Cons
to start, management is very unprofessional. Hiring and firing from left to right shows how secure this company is. Communication definitely needs major improvement.
