    Pros

This is by far the best group of people I've ever had the chance to work with. Fun loving, hard working, creative, and generally just extremely good at what they do. It's a group of people that I respect and really enjoy working with.

    Cons

    There are no health benefits.

    Pros

Red Rokk is an awesome place to work. We get to work with a variety of clients across all sorts of projects—testing new ideas, getting creative, and working as a team. There’s no bureaucracy or micro-management—just the freedom to be creative, make our own schedules, and enjoy life.

I’ve worked with some insanely talented people here, which is awesome for a number of reasons: 1. We produce really good work that we’re proud of (and our clients get excited about), and 2. We’re always challenging and learning from one another.

I’d highly recommend working at Red Rokk!

    Cons

I would prefer to have more snacks in the workplace :)

I have been working at Red Rokk part-time

    Pros

Great work space with fun, talented, movers and shakers. No day or project is ever the same and the variety of clients is ideal from a design point of view. We collaborate, plan, design, test and improve on a daily basis. The work schedules are flexible and new ideas are always encouraged by management.

    Cons

No health benefits at this point in time.

    Pros

What I really like about Red Rokk is how locally focused they are. They work with a variety of Whatcom-based businesses to help market their services. Not only do employees carry out rewarding work, but I honestly feel like I'm helping my community grow. Also, good compensation and GREAT work/life balance.

    Cons

They're a growing firm, and with that comes natural growing pains.
