Not many to name. Owned by Ubisoft with a HQ in France can be challenging but internal team is amazing!

Pros
Family friendly, great work/life balance, great projects as part of Ubisoft, flexible, good pay in a very nice area.
Cons
Some people have been there for a very long time, fresh blood would be great. But it's also a sign that it's a great place to stay.

Pros
Best studio I have ever worked for. They care for the employees. My mother passed away and they treated me life family. Sent a card even. They are genuine and care for each other. I've worked for several studios in my 15 year career and this is by far the best one. If you have an opportunity to work here DO NOT pass it up.
Cons
None so far that I have experienced.

Pros
Great supportive co-workers, family friendly company, flexible scheduling, supportive and understanding management. Awesome health benefits. Really open to new ideas to improve the health of the company - Inhouse game jams etc, activities/parties etc.
Cons
co development can be a strain creatively, i feel its hard to be able to stand out and create something that can be developed and maintain control in house.

Pros
A CEO that really cares for everyone. A genuinely good man. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The bar at red storm is higher than rumored. Don't walk in thinking you will be the king. There are some people there that are extremely talented and brilliant. Good honest people. People are valued and appreciated. It has a family feeling to it. They make sure you have a good work life balance. Best HR and management of any studio I have ever worked. Bottom line....they care.
Cons
At this point I have not experienced any cons yet.

Pros
Amazing talent, supportive staff and management, robust tools and resources that make doing your job as painless as possible. Work life balance top notch

Slow steady growth, although it means job security and stability, also means very slow to promote or move anywhere significantly up the chain
