    Pros

Amenities and food court are great

    Cons

Too many young people without enough experience are put in charge. There is a lot of constant change, most done without any notice. Expect to sit and repeat yourself on 15-30 calls a day.

    Pros

$5 meals, cool buildings, visible CEO, potential to make a lot of money if you stay on the phones.

    Cons

Staffing wise the company is mostly kind of winging it so there are times when we are understaffed one month and overstaffed the next.

From a leadership/management standpoint you can quickly find your self stuck in a dead end business with no real way out.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to be covert about everything be more open with people about their trajectory.

    Pros

Pay only if your good at sales

    Cons

Micromanaged way to much down to the second. Your bathroom breaks are timed and are part of you 30 minutes of break time. You have not time to use amenities and hours suck. You only move up if you know higher ups really wel and are buddy buddy and comp plans change so much you never know how much money you will make. Run far far away from this place because after a few months you want to kill yourself

    Not very stressful

    Cons

    Very stagnant
    No development
    Below average pay
    Not stimulating

    Advice to Management

Stop letting your company be run by children. Get a solid structure in place, and establish a plan for career trajectory so that employees aren't forced to leave after a few years in order to grow.
