    *Ability to set your own work schedule.
    *Perks of watching the movies.
    *Laid back environment.
    *In the FSR2 role, you are flown into corporate in Chicago and trained for a week
     on how to fix the kiosks.

    Cons

    *Wear and tear on your car.
    *Lots of lifting.
    *Would like to see pay increased based on wear and tear on car.
    *Working outside in the elements.

    Advice to Management

    It would be nice if all the kiosks were moved inside.

    Pros

    The benefits are absolutely amazing. Insurance is well priced and very comprehensive, plenty of PTO, all holidays off, flexible work hours as well. For the most part a very relaxed work environment.

    Cons

    The company itself has made it clear to employees they do not care about work/life balance. Expect to work 50 hours a week on little notice and without option. Management is deaf to the company culture it puts out to its workforce. The pay is not on par with the amount of work expected and required. I will gladly work 50 hours a week, but to tell me how much money the work I did made the company, and not see any of it, is a pretty hard slap in the face.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees in the field, they keep this company running. A one size fits all solution does not work when it comes to compensation. Saving money is just as important as making money. Policies and procedures that could be improved should be, and it should be given a priority, and not ignored

    Norfolk ROS was having an unprofessional relationship with another ROS and this caused turmoil in the company and personal lives of other employees

    Have some ethics please
