    Pros

    The Tower is an interesting place to work and they have tried to make it fun and inviting to creative talent.

    Cons

    Constant turnover, no retention in critical positions, spineless Upper Management. Always seem to be reactionary.

    Great benefits, good perks, super smart people

    Cons

    Lack of leadership, constant change of direction. Multiple rounds of lay-offs due to the death of the physical disc and the decrease of the business

    Advice to Management

    Cut your losses, and make a last attempt to get into the digital world to keep redbox alive.

    Pros

    Low cost health insurance, flexibility in schedule, celebration of diversity,cultures and inclusion.

    Cons

    disconnect of the field/ Machine Support with corp/ tower employees,lost sense of value, worth for it's employees,lack of trust, senior leadership often undermines the crediability of it's supervisors by constantly overruling their suggestions and opinions

    Utilize the talents and skills of your leadership team.

    Relaxed environment, great atmosphere, Ability to move up throughout the company.

    Cons

    Leadership seemed a bit confused and stuck in their ways. Not enough innovation and ability to contribute to the day to day

    Be more innovative, think outside the box more.

    Pros

    Issues were not very complex for the most part and other employees are are helpful.
    Very little to no responsibility required after hours.
    Will move up by seniority and time with the company.

    Cons

    Management sometimes had some interesting ways of running business.
    Automated Retail Industry is/will start to decline and Outerwall's attempts at new business ventures don't look promising
    Very repetitive job.

    Advice to Management

    Contribute to tickets more often or at all to understand situations better. Very few supervisors got their hands dirty and most didn't understand basic tickets.

    Very flexible hours, and friendly management.

    Cons

    could be quite grueling and difficult work at all hours of the day/night.

    Advice to Management

    Management was a bit too goal oriented for my taste, and not as employee friendly as they could have been, but other than that, they were a good company to work for

    Solid hours, not in the elements outside. Machine support is a good place to work if you don't mind doing repetitive stuff

    Cons

    Stunt of growth, not back filling positions for level 2 and possibly QA

    Not much room for advancement

    not a terribly challenging job

    Management doesn't understand processes and procedures, but tries to inform you how to do a job they couldn't.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more technicians into management
