    Its a very save place to work for a long time.
    They hardly fire a employ. All my coworkers are very nice and helpful.

    Cons

    Work a lot without weekends and Hollidays.
    Its hard to get a promotion.
    Most the jobs is fix somenting, like mics on reflections.
