I really appreciate the culture and what they try to do for their employees and the clients. Real estate is a challenging field with a lot of people who cut corners but Redfin does it's best to be transparent and honorable.
Cons
Communication between departments can falter even with the amazing technology they have developed but that has more to do with human error than anything else. It's also just real estate so when the market is good, opportunities are available but when the market is down it can be tough to move into other positions.
