Cons
Used to not be salsey but the company is now very salesy. Employees are micromanaged like crazy. They tell you how loyal they are but have no issue laying folks off at the first sign of economic falls. The magic with this company is gone, they are now like any other corporation, yet still in denial that they are corporate.

It'll take years for the majority of folks to start making any decent income. They are only interested in the bottom line. If you're a person with a disability, they will find a reason to let you go.

Horrible micromanaging by management at multiple levels. Many people in our market were let go during and after a medical leave. Management did not provide critical information causing projects to not even able to be started. New mangers came in and all the values changed. Document non-compliance lead to preventable MLS fines monthly.
