I have been working at Redhill Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoy working with all the people at Redhill Group. There is a good amount of creative freedom when solving the needed problems.

    Cons

There is very little opportunity for collaboration work as there is only one other developer. I do have to do some work in the BASIC language. The challenge can be fun but many of the common programming tools your used in modern languages are not there.

  2. "It's an OK place to work for starters, but not for long-term."

    Generally disinterested environment.
No room for growth in this company.

    Advice to Management

Make the atmosphere more enjoyable to work in, especially since it's such a dull place to work.
