    I worked at Redhorse Constructors full-time

    Pros

    Great one of a kind projects for the who's who of society. Most of the people are very a great to work with.

    Cons

    The owner lacks maturity and is not trustworthy. Day to day and through the day his mood abruptly changes. He makes up information when dealing with others and sets unrealistic client expectations based on promises he makes without the framework speak on the subject.
