I have been working at Redi Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They use to take care of there employee but lately they haven't stood behind there employees. They had a young boss his bane was Reid Joiner that lied about everything from raises to what was going on in the company. He talked very mean to his employes. He was turned in to H. R. At least 2 time's nothing was ever done. They sold there employes down the road. For that reason I give them one star.

    Cons

They don't stand behind there employes. They use to stand behind there employees. If you don't listen to your employees you are losing the big war.

    Advice to Management

When employees have a complaint listen to them. Talk to all the employees find out how everything is going with all the bosses. When you hire a lier and you make him a boss you are stupid.

    Pros

For the salary of what they offer for administration, it isn't too bad. The employees throughout from other sites to the main office, they are very approachable and professional. They're informative if there's any questions. They have great health benefits as well. They also have every year a safety initiative program to get tickets to have a chance to win prizes at the end of the year.

    Cons

They don't pay for mileage to and from work. (It's about 30-40 min-120 min out of town depending on how fast you drive and where you live)

    Advice to Management

There should be team building programs for certain sites.

I have been working at Redi Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Owners and Upper Management are good at listening to new ideas to forward the company. Very safety conscious, which is important in this type of company.
    Salary is very good.
Many opportunities to move and grow in the company.
Owners hold high standards and values in both company and personal life. It reflects back onto the employees. In fact one job was awarded to Redi because of the Managers honesty. Quite a refreshing change from many companies.

    Cons

Went through a growth spurt and not sure company was completely ready but now seems to be back on track.

    Pros

None, no job security and terrible upper management!

    Advice to Management

President needs to hold management accountable for poor relations between employee and supervision.

I have been working at Redi Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

When they are busy, they are busy ! Long hrs, you get to see a lot of different job sites.

    Cons

You're only paid for the time on the job site; you may have been gone for a total of 18hrs of your day with 3hr travel time you will get paid 15hrs for time spent on site. There is a minimum wage compensation for travel but obviously benefits the company. Take it or leave it atmosphere ! Can be long hrs; and when it's slow expect to show up at the shop only to be sent home. Jobs are not spread out throughout; the favorites will always be first... Lack of training ! Not always safe !

    Advice to Management

Training, uniform pay scale, equal treatment of employees. Your employees are your best asset; fines should not supersede the safety of your employees.
