    I have been working at ReeLabs full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I love the concept of StemCells Banking and the incredible results the therapy is giving. The promoters of the company are truely focussed into this concept and exist in the market for good. Within 3 years of its existence the company has achieved innumerable successes.

    Cons

    The back end office work is weak.

    Advice to Management

    Grow much faster. Excited to see ReeLabs do wonders in the field of StemCells,Biotechnology

    Pros

    people who want to make a career in marketing can join this firm.
    as the company is new you will get to learn many things right from the scratch

    Cons

    these people have a database called reetrack wherein you have to fill your daily activities and your team leader approves it.
    only then you receive your salary.
    if your TL fails to approve your salary is deducted with no reason of yours and den you 4get you salary.

    Advice to Management

    please try to pay the salary atleast properly.
    reetrack sucks to be frank.
    please make sure that the TL approves activities and if not some1 else does it.
    as even after working hard we end up with salary deducted
