I worked at Reebok full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people culture and work/life balance. Good benefits as well. Lots of opportunities for growth if willing to relocate.

    Cons

Similar cons to any retail industry but no problem if you have the right work ethic and people skills.

    Advice to Management

Look for talent in all places, not just ones under certain management teams.

I worked at Reebok (More than a year)

    Pros

The people at Reebok are some of the most driven well rounded individuals I have met in a very long time making it an easy place to go to work!

    Cons

When it came time for the Canton office to close, not every single person was not assured a spot in their new HQ. This made me wish I started the job search some time before they started pushing job postings further and further back.

    Advice to Management

As hard as a transition like the one from Canton to Seaport must have been. A company like Reebok should be more well prepared for a situation like this.

I worked at Reebok as an intern

    Pros

    - Great company, with a lot of great benefits.
    - Managers are very attentive and everyone at Reebok has a sense of community

    Cons

    - a little disorganized often time i felt like I had nothing to do or gave me jobs that were not part of the program. You really have to multitask and go out of your way to find something to do
