I worked at Reebok (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked under a team of management that was all about the customer. We worked at a super busy store that always had employees having fun and keeping the customer first. Great learning experience with retail. Great benefits too.

    Cons

On your feet for most of the shift but you have a selection of comfortable wear to add to your work outfit.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the customers first

I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Reebok offers amenities galore. Onsite services like chiropractor, hair dresser, dry cleaner, starbucks, crossfit box, massage, daycare, etc. It's been a great place to work.

    Cons

There haven been very few cons in working for Reebok over the years, but they have decided to move their headquarters to South Boston. I hope the new building measures up.

    Advice to Management

There is a positive spin being put on the move into Boston although it does appear that Reebok will end up losing a lot of really good people (and already have).

I worked at Reebok full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Phenomenally progressive thinking company for such an old brand. Reebok is not satisfied with status quo and is becoming a leader in innovative thinking to bring new ideas to life for the benefit of the employee, who in turn can then lead the industry in customer service.
Benefits for full time are next to none.

    Cons

Pay for management varies too much for the same position. Pick a salary for the role and stick to it -you risk a discrimination issue soon.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

The life-work balance, international environment, career opportunities, loving the Reebok business, having fun, events, exercising at work, open-minded co-workers and managers

    Cons

Salaries lower than industry average, not an exciting city where the office is located, many directives from the headquarters in Germany

I worked at Reebok as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Reebok truly embodies fitness and encourages its employees to live its mission. While hires and promotions can sometimes be political, Reebok is making amazing strides in the lifestyle and fitness space! It was awesome to be treated like a full-timer even as an intern. Best internship ever.

    Cons

"Lifers", or people who have worked there forever, sometimes limit the company from truly innovating. Fresh talent should be a good thing!

I have been working at Reebok full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I have been at Reebok for eight years and the Company has gone through an amazingly positive transformation. When I started the company did not have a clear sense of purpose and we were very short term oriented. Today, most everyone has really embraced the brand's focus on fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. The business has improved dramatically. You can feel the energy in the building. If your into fitness this is your place.

    Cons

Could be more time spent on career planning. promotions seem to be a bit random.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course! Too often in the past Reebok has changed its focus
