    Company culture is incredible. You are able to work around people with similar passions each and everyday.

    Amazing people - I've met some of my closest friends from working here.
    Excellent growth opportunities whether within your department or jumping to another.
    The gym is AWESOME! I get to work out during the day.
    Meals in the café are all healthy, so it's easy to keep a healthy lifestyle.
    It's a team mentality, so it's great working closely with peers.

    Pros

    Training was amazing for consistency across employees. Yearly performance review for raises. Actually felt like company cared for employees. Employee discounts were amazing!

    Cons

    They keep closing stores that profit.
