    Pros

Excellent support from management. Great work/life balance. Employees are very passionate about the brand which translates into an excellent work environment.

    Cons

It seems to me a lot of peoples accomplishments can get overlooked. It is really up to you to make sure your work gets noticed and appreciated. I'm sure this is not uncommon to any corporate job in America, but it is worth noting Reebok is not the exception.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

It's a great company that makes shoes and other merchandise. I love working in their outlet store.

    Cons

They need to let anyone working as a sales associate longer than 2 years part time to become full time with benefits.

    Pros

The atmosphere is great. You feel like employees are treated with respect and equally. Good benefits and the facility is gorgeous. Work Life balance is a huge plus.

The company seems to be doing poorly financially and is stumbling to find its mark in the retail world. Many layoffs

I have been working at Reebok full-time

    Pros

Reebok is filled with talented and passionate people! The Fitness Strategy is focused, and the employees truly live the Brand. It is a "work hard/play hard" environment. Very team focused.

    Cons

Reebok is very focused on it's mission, and needs employees that are all in on that mission - very driven and committed. If you are at that point in your career, then this is the perfect place for you. If you are looking for a part time position, or to "slow" down a bit, Reebok might not be the place for you at this time. The manager's are very flexible, but the teams are lean.
